How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?

Habitat has created a universal sizing system that aims to provide a unique reference for all countries. You can easily spot the best size for you by referring to our Size Guide that provides a conversion table to all major country size systems.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Habitat accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

What is the brand of the freemask & snorkel?

The brand name is El-Neno

What is the difference between Innegra and Innegra V2?

They are almost the same. Innegra V2 has the same durability as the normal Innegra, just has a slightly
more responsive.Also, V2 feels stiffer more like a carbon fin whereas the Innegra standard version is easier on the legs

Fin care

After the dive just give them a rinse with water only and keep them out of the sun. Store your fins flat. For transportation we recommend a DiveR fin bag.

What is the difference between ‘Fit my Foot Pocket Ocean Hunter’ and ‘OceanHunter’

If you choose the option ‘Fit my Foot Pocket’ we will install the foot pockets directly to your fins. With the other option we send you the foot pockets separate and you can install them yourself.

Which foot pocket size shall I order?

Please see size chart. If you are between two sizes we recommend you the bigger size as you usually wear socks for diving. If you don’t know your foot size, please check with any ‘shoe size calculator’ you find on google and enter the measurements of your feet.

Measurements fins:

The fins have standard size of 90cm length x 21cm width
and a 28 degree angle.
Weights: - composite med.: 880g (440 single fin)
- Composite soft: 800g (400 single fin)
- Carbon med: 820g (410 single fin)
- Carbon soft: 720g (360 single fin)
- Innegra or hypetex med: 760g (380 single fin)
- Innegra or hypetex soft: 650g (325 single fin)

Do you glue the foot pockets to the fin?

Ocean Hunter Foot pockets can be installed without using
glue.

What is the size of the fin bag and howe many blades fit into the bag?

The fin bag is 120cm in length, XX cm width, XX cm height. You can fit 2 pair of fin with foot pocket into the fin bag

What is the processing time of my order?

It takes around 2 weeks to process an order plus additional shipping time which depends on where you live.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do ship overseas. Please check the fees at the check-out option. If your country is not listed then please send us an e-mail with your shipping address and we will
get back to you with a quote from a courier.

Do you do custom made fins?

All requests for custom made fins will be checked individually. The design has to be in high resolution to fit the measurements of the fin. Be aware that the process of
custom made fin vary between 4 – 6 weeks.

Warranty request

All our fins have a three year warranty. In order to start the warranty process we ask you to provide us with a copy of your receipt of purchase and photos of the damaged blade. In case you purchased your fins at a store or any other third party you will have to contact them and do the whole
warranty process there.
